Preferential Treatments

• Clients having contracted our long-term legal counsel shall receive immediate service, foregoing the otherwise necessary billing negotiations.
  
  
• A team of 10 attorneys will provide the professional legal services for Clients having long-term legal counsel relationship with us, guaranteeing the service of multi-lingual, experienced professionals. In some complex cases, group consultation leads to the results that fulfill Clients business goals and legal requirements.
  
  
• We offer 6 service hours to Clients having a long-term legal counsel relationship with us at a charge of USD 600 every month. Provided that the 6 service hours are consumed, we will charge the additional hours at a 60% of the standard rate.
  
  
• In addition to the legal consultation, we offer a special discount for the engagement of litigation, arbitration and complex projects.
  
  
• For clients of large scale with frequent legal affairs, on a basis of reasonable consideration, we may send our legal professionals to Clients' offices to handle corporation affairs in-house.
  
  
• We give priority to engagement of Clients having long-term legal counsel relationship with us.
  
  
• We offer seminars and legal periodicals to Clients having long-term legal counsel relationship with us.
  
  
• We offer our preferential package not only to long-term Clients, but also to the company group of which the long-term Client is an associate.
  
  
• Clients having a long-term legal counsel relationship with us may proclaim Yi Shi Law Firm as their attorneys-in-general.
