Graduated from the East China Normal University with a degree in political education in 1978, part-time postgraduate in civil law in the East China University of Politics & Law between 1984-1986, studied Japanese business law in the legal department of Tokyo University between 1986-1988.

Worked at the East China Normal University, in Shanghai Intermediate People’s Court, and at the East China University of Politics & Law between 1978 and 1986. Studied and worked in Japan between 1986 and 1995. Established Yishi Law Firm in 1995.8 and was director till now.

Licensed to practice law in 1993. Employed to be an arbitrator of the Shanghai Arbitration Commission, a member of the legal counseling group of the Government of Pudong New District, a resolution advisor for Wai Gao Qiao Free Trade Zone, an overseas consultant for of medium or small Japanese enterprises group. Obtained the qualification to provide legal service for bids & tenders for large or medium infrastructure projects.

Specialized Fields: foreign direct investment, international trade, business of foreign financial institutes, M&A and share transfer, company law, labor law, rich practical experience.

Chief editor of Overview of Sino-Foreign Lawyer’s System (320,000 words), translator of One Hundred Questions on Japanese Securities (150,000 words).
