Agent-principal relationship is of great importance and should
be treated seriously and discretely. Unless otherwise stipulated
by laws, our publication and reception of information through
this Website does not mean that there has been established a
certain (explicit or implied) agent-principal relationship with
visitors, and it does not mean either that there exists a right-obligation
relationship between visitors and us. Visitors shall not establish,
just through sending e-mails to us, an agent-principal relationship,
which should otherwise be formed in manners acceptable to us
and pursuant to the Chinese laws; similarly, visitors' use of
this Website in any manner shall not be deemed as if there exists
an agent-principal relationship with us.
For consulting requests from clients without long-term legal
counseling contract with us, we shall have right to decide whether
to reply or not at our own discretion. What should be stressed
